at a beautiful beach on the gold coast, south of brisbane, i together with 2 friends spent a nice weekend coping with the heat doing as little as possible, e.g. lying in the sun waiting for my skin to get a little tanned (no, not tomato-red, fortunately sun block factor 50 works quite well...), having a swim in the ocean (which turned out to be rather a fight with the waves since they were quite high and strong), eating yummy ice-cream to help the body cooling down a little bit,... summer and my aussie-life can be quite exhausting as you can see ;)
